Shipping Policy

Desklyne ships to all 9 provinces in South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is 5–11 business days from date of purchase. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed to our courier partner.

Free shipping

Orders over R800 qualify for free standard shipping. Below R800, a flat courier fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you don't receive one within 3 business days, contact support@desklyne.co.za.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to change it after ordering, email us immediately — we can only update addresses on orders that haven't shipped yet.

Failed or missed deliveries

If our courier can't reach you, they'll attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the parcel returns to us and a re-shipping fee may apply.
